COMERCIAL MALLORQUINA DE BEGUDES, S.L.U. (hereinafter, COMABE), with Tax ID Code B66622846, domiciled in Palma de Mallorca, carrer Calçat, 11, informs the Users of the website http://www.cervezarosablanca.es, of which it is the owner, of the Conditions of Access and Use of the same.

Access and use of any website owned by COMABE imply full and unreserved acceptance by the User of these General Conditions of Access and Use in force when the User accesses any of the aforementioned websites. These General Conditions, therefore, regulate access to and use of the websites that COMABE makes available to Internet Users free of charge. Certain services offered on any of the COMABE websites may also be governed by specific conditions set out in each case, which shall be understood as accepted after their mere use.

COMABE reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its web pages and to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the pages, the services or information offered, the presentation or location of the pages, and the General Conditions of Access and Use.

DATA PROTECTION.

COMABE, as the owner of its websites, informs users that it is responsible for processing personal data through its websites unless expressly informed of other conditions in a specific treatment.
